Moi just donated blood for the second time in 2015. His blood iron level is close to being at the low end of the NORMAL range.

So low in fact that he might not even be allowed to donate next time around. Thus, Moi is all taped out for 2015.

Proof that Moi is in fact eating a NON-caveman, low-meat diet. YES, after years of NOT donating, his Hemoglobin at his first donation was ONLY 13.9. Ooooh! :)

Too bad Moi's blood donor number is quite unique and very easy to remember. It wont be getting used very often from here on out. :(

Who wants the blood of a 65+ years old steroid man? They better collect at the universities from young students.

Looks like Moi's getting anemia which is a sign of cancer eating through his bone marrow or severe malnutrition...,

Common deficiencies in those who eat a vegetarian diet are vitamin B12 and Iron. They're found in meat and dairy products that just aren't found in a vegetarian diet.
