Just weigh it together with the rest of the meal and draw the line at
the right amount, which is 32 oz of daily food.

Yes, right amount ( http://WDJW.net/2PD-OMER Approach ) control as
Chris Malcolm, MU, **and** Rod Eastman (along with countless others
globally --> http://bit.ly/2015GHHS ) are doing is simple:

So weigh it before you cook it and therefore end up with **around** 4 times the weight?
**emphasis** added.

It is http://bit.ly/TerriblyStupid to guess **around** the amount of a
meal instead of actually knowing.

Moreover, weighing rice before cooking is not simple (see title of
this thread) because it would be an extra step.

Your errors here, Robert, are a consequence of your being
http://bit.ly/TerriblyHungry ( http://bit.ly/Gen2532 ) and will
continue until you're always saying/writing that you're "wonderfully
hungry" ( http://WDJW.net/Luk2442 ) **and** convincing others to do
likewise by example.

Mine can be high and normal. So far, we cannot find the patterns why.
Doctors say it is risky to take medicines when my blood pressures are
normal. What do you guys think?
I don't know, but I might mention what happened when I started taking
lisinopril to lower my blood pressure. I started falling down,
without any warning signs such as getting dizzy first. My doctor said
that often happens when your blood pressure drops below 90/60 (US
measurement scale), and switched me to a different medicine for
lowering my blood pressure instead.
Since I can't get up after a fall without help, that's rather
important for me.
I suspect that you night also start falling if you take such a
medicine when your blood pressure doesn't need lowering.
Yeah, they mentioned this. That is scary!
I might also mention one of the older methods for lowering blood
pressure - reduce the amount of salt in your diet. This works for
less than half of the people who try it, but at least it's rather
cheap. This implies that you may need to keep track of any large
variations of the amount of salt in your diet, and tell your doctor
about them.
From my physical exam(ination) on November 24th, 2014 (no eating since
the night before it), it was fine. Here's a copy of paste of the
Vitamin D, 25-Hydroxy
12 ng/mL (Normal)
Nov 24, 2014 09:53 a.m. PST
Reference Range
30 ng/mL - 100 ng/mL
Note that this value appears to be outside the reference range but still normal.
Actually, this is not normal.

The disease-causing http://WDJW.net/VAT also disrupts skin production
of Vitamin D because the inflammation it promotes is happening
everywhere in the body which would include the skin.
