LOL - I take a B-50, multi-vitamin B, tablet with a meal, as in real food. Otherwise, you could induce nerve damage by taking excessive amounts of B-6.
The B-50 is the closest thing to a mult-vitamin that Moi takes.
At one point, I foolishly stopped taking B-50s due to the Folic Acid Fear, which turned out to be exactly that, a baseless fear.
